My digicam has been broken so I haven't had too many new pics up. A bunch of us took a trip to Hollywood for a galery opening of our favorite artist Colleen. The photographic proof from Wilson's camera are now online:

HoppingCow and Nicole got married

I went up to Napa over the weekend to see my family and for Brendan's wedding. It was a raging good time as so many of my old friends were there. I miss all of them a ton and one day was not enough.

I had a little moment while sitting in the 107 deg sun watching Brendan and Nicole exchange rings. It was sort of out-of-body (perhaps the heat) and I was watching everything from far away thinking, "wow, Brendan is now married! How incredibly crazy is that" Hard to believe and yet it looked pretty normal.

311 New Album!

This is what friends are for...

I've been so busy and stressed and just out of it that I didn't even know 311 has a new album! Anne texted to let me know they were on the radio, on Love Line no less. Thanks Anne!

So, new 311 album, Don't Tread on Me will be out Aug 16th. Go get it, or you're lame.

Their tour starts next week and they'll be here in SD on the 30th at the over priced Street Scene. I have half a mind to quit and follow them all around the west coast like an 18 year old. Damn mortgages...

Here's my favorite email from today. Would an English major please count the mistakes in this?

"After further investigation we discovered that yesterday there was no service interruption although [our monitoring tool] did report that there was a service interruption. We review the webserver logs, and request were being service while [our monitoring tool] reported that they were not. Our investigation are continuing with [our monitoring tool] to verify that monitoring not presenting any false alarms."


All monitoring tool names have been hidden to protect the innocent.
